Terms and Conditions – Freeman Homes Armed Forces and Key Worker Incentive

1. This offer is available to UK Armed Forces personnel and eligible Key Workers only.
2. If you are currently employed by one of the following bodies or institutions, you may be eligible for this offer:

UK Armed Forces

• Serving members of the British Army
• Royal Navy
• Royal Air Force
• Regular and Reserve Forces

Key Workers

• NHS employees (clinical and non‑clinical roles)
• Education professionals (teachers and teaching support staff)
• Police Force employees
• Fire and Rescue Service employees
• Prison and Probation Service employees
• Ministry of Defence civil servants
• Local Authority employees

1. Satisfactory evidence of eligibility must be provided to Freeman Homes prior to reservation.
2. Eligible purchasers may receive an incentive of up to 3% of the full purchase price, subject to a maximum total value of £25,000.
3. The incentive will be applied only at the discretion of Freeman Homes and will be confirmed in writing prior to reservation.
4. Only one entitlement may be used per property. The purchaser named on the reservation form and title deed must be an eligible UK Armed Forces member or Key Worker.
5. Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to use the incentive at the time of reserving the property. Retrospective claims will not be accepted.
6. This offer is available on selected developments and plots only, subject to availability.
7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction any other offer, incentive or promotion offered by Freeman Homes from time to time.
8. The offer is subject to exchange of contracts taking place within the timescale specified on the reservation form.
9. No cash alternative is available, and the incentive is non‑transferable.
10. Freeman Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee.

Terms and conditions for Freeman Homes’ May Moving Offer 

• Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to use the May Moving Offer at the point of reserving a property.
• The May Moving Offer is available on selected developments and selected plots only and is subject to availability.
• Freeman Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time prior to payment of the reservation fee.
• The offer is subject to contracts being exchanged within the timescale stated on the reservation form.
• No cash or cash equivalent alternative is available under this offer.
• The May Moving Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, incentive or offer.
• The offer applies to new reservations made between 1 May 2026 and 31 May 2026 inclusive, unless withdrawn earlier.

Incentive details:

• A contribution towards legal fees of up to £950, excluding disbursements.
• A contribution towards removal costs of up to £1,000.
• A contribution towards Stamp Duty Land Tax of up to £19,250.
• All incentives will be confirmed at the point of reservation, detailed within the reservation paperwork and reflected on the completion statement where applicable.
• Freeman Homes’ standard reservation terms and conditions also apply.

Terms and conditions for Freeman Homes' Zero Stamp Duty Offer

1. Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to claim the promotion at the time of reserving a property.
2. This offer is available on selected developments and plots only.
3. This offer is limited, and Freeman Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms of the offer at any time prior to payment of the reservation fee.
4. The offer is subject to contracts being exchanged within the time period specified on the reservation form.
5. No cash alternative will be offered.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7. The offer is only valid on reservations made at the full asking price.
8. This offer applies only to reservations made on or after 4th June 2025.
9. Our Stamp Duty contribution, which cannot be more than 5% of the house asking price, will be deducted from the house purchase completion statement.
10. Subject to lender criteria, qualification, and acceptance of cash incentives.

Terms and conditions for Freeman Homes’ Armed Forces and NHS Discounts:

1. This offer is available to UK Armed Forces and NHS personnel only.
2. Satisfactory evidence of eligibility for this offer must be provided.
3. UK Armed Forces and NHS personnel are entitled to receive a specified discount on the overall purchase price of the property.
4. Only one entitlement can be used per property and the purchaser named on the reservation form and title deed of the property must be either UK Armed Forces or NHS personnel.
5. Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to claim the discount at the time of reserving a property.
6. This offer is available on selected developments and plots only.
7. This offer is limited and Freeman Homes reserves the right to withdrawn or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee.
8. The offer is subject to contracts exchange taking place within the time period specified on the reservation form.
9. No cash alternative will be offered.
