Freeman Homes Armed Forces and Key Worker Incentive

  1. This offer is available to UK Armed Forces personnel and eligible Key Workers only.
  2. If you are currently employed by one of the following bodies or institutions, you may be eligible for this offer:

UK Armed Forces

  • Serving members of the British Army
  • Royal Navy
  • Royal Air Force
  • Regular and Reserve Forces

Key Workers

  • NHS employees (clinical and non‑clinical roles)
  • Education professionals (teachers and teaching support staff)
  • Police Force employees
  • Fire and Rescue Service employees
  • Prison and Probation Service employees
  • Ministry of Defence civil servants
  • Local Authority employees
  1. Satisfactory evidence of eligibility must be provided to Freeman Homes prior to reservation.
  2. Eligible purchasers may receive an incentive of up to 3% of the full purchase price, subject to a maximum total value of £25,000.
  3. The incentive will be applied only at the discretion of Freeman Homes and will be confirmed in writing prior to reservation.
  4. Only one entitlement may be used per property. The purchaser named on the reservation form and title deed must be an eligible UK Armed Forces member or Key Worker.
  5. Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to use the incentive at the time of reserving the property. Retrospective claims will not be accepted.
  6. This offer is available on selected developments and plots only, subject to availability.
  7. This offer cannot be used in conjunction any other offer, incentive or promotion offered by Freeman Homes from time to time.
  8. The offer is subject to exchange of contracts taking place within the timescale specified on the reservation form.
  9. No cash alternative is available, and the incentive is non‑transferable.
  10. Freeman Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee.

Freeman Homes Last Chance to Live at Three Willows Incentive 

  • Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to use the Last Chance to Live at Three Willows Incentive at the point of reserving a property.
  • The offer is available on Three Willows, plot 5 only, subject to availability and when reserving by 31 October 2026.
  • Freeman Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time prior to the payment of the reservation fee.
  • The offer is conditional upon contracts being exchanged within the timescale stated on the reservation form.
  • No cash or cash equivalent alternative will be offered.
  • The Last Chance to Live at Three Willows Incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, incentive or offer.

Incentive Details

  • New Homes for Sale customers can reserve plot 5 at a reduced price of £650,000 when reserving by 31 October 2026. 

All incentives will be:

  • Confirmed at the point of reservation
  • Fully detailed within the reservation paperwork
  • Reflected on the completion statement where applicable

Freeman Homes’ ‘5% Advance Commitment Discount’ Terms and Conditions

  1. This offer is only available on selected developments and properties and is subject to property status, property availability and purchaser eligibility requirements.
  2. This offer is only available to purchasers who are in a proceedable position and able to meet the timescales and requirements of the offer.
  3. Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to claim the 5% Advance Commitment Discount at the time of reserving a property.
  4. Purchasers must exchange contracts within 8 weeks of reservation and provide a 10% deposit on exchange.
  5. The 5% Advance Commitment Discount will be calculated against the agreed purchase price of the property and deducted from the purchase price.
  6. Should the purchaser fail to exchange contracts within 8 weeks of reservation, through no fault of Freeman Homes, the offer may be revoked.
  7. No cash alternative will be offered.
  8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, incentive or purchasing scheme.
  9. This offer is limited and Freeman Homes reserves the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee.
  10. Our usual reservation and sales terms and conditions apply.
