Terms and conditions for Freeman Homes’ Refer a Friend Offer 

(Plot 67 Oakfields Show Home at Credenhill only)

      1. This offer is available on the final four-bedroom show home (plot 67) at Oakfields, Credenhill only.
      2. The referrer will receive a £2,000 reward, and the referred friend will receive a £1,000 reward.
      3. Both rewards are payable only once the referred friend has legally completed the purchase of the eligible property.
      4. The referred friend must not be registered on the Freeman Homes database prior to the referral being made.
      5. Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to claim the Refer a Friend offer at the time of reserving the property.
      6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, incentive, or promotion.
      7. The offer is subject to contracts being exchanged and completed within the timescales specified on the reservation form.
      8. Freeman Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms of this offer at any time prior to the payment of the reservation fee.

Terms and conditions for Freeman Homes' Zero Stamp Duty Offer

        1. Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to claim the promotion at the time of reserving a property.
        2. This offer is available on selected developments and plots only.
        3. This offer is limited, and Freeman Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms of the offer at any time prior to payment of the reservation fee.
