Terms and conditions for Freeman Homes’ Refer a Friend Offer 

(Plot 67 Oakfields Show Home at Credenhill only)

1. This offer is available on the final four-bedroom show home (plot 67) at Oakfields, Credenhill only.
2. The referrer will receive a £2,000 reward, and the referred friend will receive a £1,000 reward.
3. Both rewards are payable only once the referred friend has legally completed the purchase of the eligible property.
4. The referred friend must not be registered on the Freeman Homes database prior to the referral being made.
5. Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to claim the Refer a Friend offer at the time of reserving the property.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, incentive, or promotion.
7. The offer is subject to contracts being exchanged and completed within the timescales specified on the reservation form.
8. Freeman Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms of this offer at any time prior to the payment of the reservation fee.

Terms and conditions for Freeman Homes' Zero Stamp Duty Offer

1. Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to claim the promotion at the time of reserving a property.
2. This offer is available on selected developments and plots only.
3. This offer is limited, and Freeman Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms of the offer at any time prior to payment of the reservation fee.
4. The offer is subject to contracts being exchanged within the time period specified on the reservation form.
5. No cash alternative will be offered.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7. The offer is only valid on reservations made at the full asking price.
8. This offer applies only to reservations made on or after 4th June 2025.
9. Our Stamp Duty contribution, which cannot be more than 5% of the house asking price, will be deducted from the house purchase completion statement.

Terms and conditions for Freeman Homes’ Armed Forces and NHS Discounts:

1. This offer is available to UK Armed Forces and NHS personnel only.
2. Satisfactory evidence of eligibility for this offer must be provided.
3. UK Armed Forces and NHS personnel are entitled to receive a specified discount on the overall purchase price of the property.
4. Only one entitlement can be used per property and the purchaser named on the reservation form and title deed of the property must be either UK Armed Forces or NHS personnel.
5. Eligible purchasers must declare their intention to claim the discount at the time of reserving a property.
6. This offer is available on selected developments and plots only.
7. This offer is limited and Freeman Homes reserves the right to withdrawn or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee.
