What we love most about our home is how warm and high-quality it feels. We have plenty of space inside and outside to cook, socialise, and work from home. The location is really convenient, with easy access to Hereford City centre, while still feeling like it's in the heart of the countryside, with walks, shops, and pubs nearby. A year later and we feel very at home here, and with the ongoing customer care we don't have to worry about anything.

We heard Freeman Homes were starting a small development at Fownhope in South Herefordshire. We began to explore the area and discovered the peace and tranquillity, the river walks, the local market towns, but above all, the friendliest folk. We took the plunge (not a hard decision in the end) and bought the most beautiful new home in the village, just as the foundations were going in. A little apprehensive about buying off plan, but wow, we loved watching our house grow into our perfect home. We’re in now and it feels great, touches of luxury everywhere and our lives are richer than ever. Sounds cheesy, and yes, it's our happily ever after.

Who would have thought you could move to the country, be surrounded by breath taking scenery in every direction, and still have all the comforts that a brand-new home has to offer. My initial concerns about living slightly out of town are a distanced memory - a local village shop where the post office opens until 7pm, fresh eggs from local farmer, and numerous countryside walks on my doorstep. Having purchased a home from Freeman Homes at the Severnbank site in Newnham during, our experience was nothing short of fantastic. Having some delays on our house sale the staff at Freeman homes assisted us as much as possible with agents and solicitors and continued to reassure us.
